KLD-H Series 1.3m 0.5t-1t Electric Walkie Stacker

The Electric Walkie Stacker features a double linkage oil cylinder assembly that alternates between locking and lifting. It is equipped with a three-position four-way valve oil circuit control system, enabling synchronized movement between the lifting rod and fork, as well as the cylinder body and machine body door seat. When the movable door seat and fork shift relative to each other, one component is securely supported and positioned on the ground or carriage to ensure stability. Designed with a lightweight concept, it incorporates a force balance fulcrum at the carriage edge, a counterweight on the fork head, and weight reduction on the door column frame tail. The main components utilize stretching and hole turning processes for reliable force and guaranteed strength. A swinging guide wheel under the movable door seat smoothly pushes the body into the carriage, facilitating maintenance and adjustment. Handrails on both sides of the door frame enhance ease and speed in pushing and pulling goods. This versatile stacker can follow and walk alongside a van, enabling self-loading and unloading of the truck, thereby addressing the challenge of stacking and handling in the final ten meters of logistics distribution efficiently.
